For Instant Funding, Market Masters, and Static Lite and Pro Performance accounts, activation is not instant because these are live execution accounts.

That means the account has to be provisioned and configured inside a live trading environment, not a simulated one.

Because of this, these account types take at least 36 business hours to be activated.

If a full business day has passed and you still do not see the account activated or have not received credentials, contact support with your account email and account ID so the team can check the status.
